"It's Time to Go Fishing"

Spending two months in Colorado this summer has been a dream for both my husband and me. Steve started months ago preparing for the trip and specifically to Fly Fish in the Rocky Mountain streams. He bought books on Fly Fishing, took Fly Fishing lessons, accumulated equipment, practiced tying knots, and researched all the best fishing spots. Since we arrived in Colorado he has spent part of every day exploring the rivers, visiting Fly Fishing shops and talking to Fly Fisherman.

Our son, Stephen and his family spent last week with us. As they were leaving Friday, Stephen leaned out his SUV window and said, “Dad, you can only spend so much time preparing. Just 100 yards from this cabin is one of the finest Fly Fishing streams in the world. It’s time to go fishing.”
